Traditional Seminar Format:

This is the traditional seminar format that has been so successful for Ergo-Online and it attendees since the late 1990s.

The seminar focuses on identifying each attendees strengths and weaknesses and assists them in developing individualized structured study plans.

Online Academy:

The online academy was developed to complement our traditional seminar format.

The academy consist of modules which participants progress through sequentially.

Participants are tested at the end of every module for comprehension before progressing to the next topic.

Regular instructor sessions are held and participants are individually mentored through all of their preparation for CEA, AEP, CPE or CHFP certification.

We recommend that most candidates allow themselves at least 3 months of study time prior to taking their exam.
